Mrs Julia Graham
A little bit about me…
I am Head Teacher at Consett Infant School and also at Beechdale Nursery School.
I spend much of my day working to make sure the school runs smoothly or attending important meetings. I still enjoy working with the children and try to join in with activities as much as I can.
Outside of school life I enjoy walking, cycling, cooking and watching films. I am a huge animal fan and currently have four as pets – they are called Theakston, Digit, Bramble and Willow.
My favourite children’s book is…
All the Winnie the witch books. I love Wilbur the cat!
My favourite thing to do in school is…
Having children visit me in my office to show their fantastic work and proudly
demonstrate what they have learnt. I also enjoy working with our talented staff to make sure we plan exciting activities and experiences for the children.
