A little bit about me…
I’m a super busy Mammy of two. Alongside my role as Mammy and now parent Governor I’m a carer for my Grandad, work in the eco shop in Consett and volunteer as a leader at 1st Blackhill Beavers. I enjoy Baking, organising events and crafts. As well spending time with family and friends, eating out and relaxing in the hot tub if I get chance!
My favourite children’s book is…
Choosing only one favourite book is just too difficult. I enjoyed a whole range of books including Roald Dahl which we are currently reading at home.
My favourite thing to do in school is…
I love to watch how children interact with their peers and teachers. I also love to see how creative children are and how very different their ideas can be, even when they are following the same instructions. Another thing I’m passionate about is the importance of forest school and what can be learned from it.
