A little bit about me…
I am Deputy Head teacher but also have a brilliant time working with Year 1!
I LOVE helping children learn as much as they can and really enjoy having lots of fun in the classroom.
Outside school I have a dog called Frazer who loves to go for walks. I also enjoy reading, visiting new places and going to the theatre.
My favourite children’s book is…
How can I possibly choose? There are so many fantastic children’s books! If I have to decide upon one, it will probably be something by Mick Inkpen like Kipper or Nothing. Then again it could be a book by the Ahlberg’s, Julia Donaldson, David Mckee or… I could go on and on!
My favourite thing to do in school is…
Teaching children how to write! Its great fun, we do lots of exciting tasks like writing letters and stories. We love to make books and illustrate them! I also love art activities where we can explore lots of different techniques and get very messy!!!
