SCHOOL ADMISSIONS – 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR
As in previous years, DCC are strongly encouraging parents/carers to apply on-line for a school place for their child. They are stressing even more that parents should do this if they are able to, given the situation with changes to working practices. All the information they need to be able to do this is available from the Council’s website from 5 September 2023:

Just a little update on the fundraising for St Oswald’s Hospice.
It’s all been counted and with your generosity we’ve managed to raise a total of £738.05. The funds have been paid to the charity who are very grateful.
I hope you managed to enjoy the trail in Newcastle sometime over the summer. We’ve already had photos sent through which is amazing. Well done Jasper who was first to find our Kindness Sheep at the Biscuit Factory.

The school is seeking to appoint an Enhanced Teaching Assistant on a temporary contract who can demonstrate their knowledge and experience with children of Early Year and KS1 age. Please see the attached documents for more information and how to apply.
