A little bit about me…
I am the school counsellor here at Beechdale and Consett Infant School Federation. I am an accredited/regulated member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
I have a passion for Mental health and wellbeing and use a range of interventions and therapies in my practise to ensure all of our children have access to a tailored holistic approach to any needs or difficulties they may be experiencing.
My other roles in school are parent support advisor and part of the safeguarding lead team.
My favourite things to do are walking with my dog Mac, travelling, reading and spending time with my family

My favourite thing to do in school is…
Visiting all of the classrooms and seeing how hard the children have been working. It’s lovely to see the progression from nursery through the year groups.
